Dr Cat Tree LLC uses calculated shipping rates at checkout. You will see the exact shipping cost based on your location, package weight, and chosen service before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship from St. Louis, Missouri using major carriers including USPS and UPS.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Shipping Calculation: Real-time rates are calculated at checkout. You select your preferred shipping option and the cost is added to your order total.
  • Delivery Estimates (after carrier pickup):
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Priority / Expedited options available at checkout (additional cost)

Large or Bulk Orders For larger quantity orders or bulk purchases, please contact us at support@drcattree.com before checkout. We can review options to optimize shipping cost and delivery method.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories Higher rates apply. Exact cost will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. Please contact us at support@drcattree.com if you are outside the United States.
